These terms are provided to ensure both parties are fully aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.
1. General & Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the UK, with no minimum spend required. Our goal is to ensure prompt, secure, and transparent delivery of your diesel components and automotive parts directly to your door.
2. Delivery Terms & Dispatch Cut-Off
2.1 Core Exchange & Surcharge Terms
To offer the best prices on our remanufactured diesel components, we operate on a core exchange system. Depending on the option you select at checkout, your dispatch times will vary as follows:

Option A: Pay Surcharge Upfront
If you choose to pay the core surcharge during checkout, your order is subject to our standard same-day dispatch rule. Once your payment is completed and the surcharge is secured, your order will be shipped immediately (before 3:00 PM for same-day dispatch). -
Option B: Send Old Core First
If you select the option to send your old core (exchange unit) to us before we ship your order, PLEASE NOTE that the same-day dispatch target does not apply. Your order will be placed on a temporary hold. We will process and dispatch your newly purchased parts ONLY AFTER your old core has successfully arrived at our facility and passed our inspection.
2.2 Same-Day Dispatch & Estimated Delivery Times
Orders subject to same-day dispatch must be placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or during the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
We partner with reliable UK couriers (including DPD, DHL, and Royal Mail) to ensure your items arrive safely and quickly:
• UK Mainland: 1-2 business days (Our target is next-business-day delivery for mainland orders).
• Scotland (Highlands & Islands): 2-3 business days due to transit distance.
• Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey: 2-4 business days. Please note that next-day delivery targets are unavailable for these regions due to logistical limitations.
2.3 P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. We do, however, ship to valid British Military Addresses (BFPO) where carrier network guidelines permit.
2.4 Items Out of Stock
In the rare event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately via email to provide an estimated restock date, a suitable alternative, or a full immediate refund.
2.5 Delivery Time Exceeded
While we and our couriers achieve exceptional on-time delivery rates, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or exceptional carrier network disruptions. We appreciate your patience in these rare instances.
3. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been securely packed and dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery status online.
4. Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (UK Time). Please note that for change-of-mind returns, the return shipping costs and safe transit of the goods are the responsibility of the customer. For warranty claims or product defects, please refer to our separate Warranty Policy.
5. Parcels Damaged or Lost in Transit
• Damaged in Transit: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please accept the delivery if possible but note the damage with the courier, and contact our customer service team immediately with photographic evidence.
• Lost in Transit: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please notify us. We will promptly launch an investigation with the courier carrier to arrange a swift replacement or refund.
6. Cancellations & Delivery Address Changes
• Address Changes: If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We can only modify shipping details before the package leaves our warehouse.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our team right away. Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch.
